'Louboebabywear' currently ships to addresses throughout Australia and globally. We primarily utilize AusPost or USPS Priority Mail for the majority of our shipments.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 2– 8 days (Monday to Friday).
Order handling time is 0 -1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time will be 04:00 PM Time Zone: (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne)
Delivery Terms

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
